Privacy Policy

DualAccounts helps you manage multiple logins for popular web apps. We design our product so that your data stays private. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Quick summary
- We do not see or store your passwords.
- Session cookies you choose to save are encrypted on your device and uploaded to our database only in encrypted form.
- We may store a device identifier (e.g., Apple
identifierForVendor) to associate your data to your device. - For purchases, Apple provides us with receipt/transaction details necessary to validate your subscription. We do not process payments ourselves.
Information we process
- App entries you add (e.g., Instagram, Gmail) and the labels you assign.
- Session cookies for those services, stored as encrypted blobs. We cannot read the cookie contents on our servers.
- Device identifier to attach your encrypted data to your device/account.
- Purchase metadata (e.g., product ID, transaction ID, expiration) from Apple to unlock premium features.
How we use information
- Provide core functionality: log you back in without re‑typing credentials.
- Sync your encrypted data and restore it if you reinstall the app.
- Validate purchases and handle support requests.
- Keep the service secure, detect abuse, and comply with law.
Data storage & security
- Cookies are encrypted locally before upload. We store only the encrypted blob in our database.
- Transport is protected by TLS. We employ database access controls and row‑level security.
- You can clear cookies from the app at any time; we will delete the related encrypted records.
Your choices
- Clear or delete app entries and their cookies from within the app.
- Enable Face ID / device passcode to lock the app.
- Contact us to request deletion of server‑stored encrypted data.
Children
DualAccounts is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By installing or using DualAccounts (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
- Premium features are sold via Apple’s in‑app purchase system. Apple is the merchant of record.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the App to violate any service’s terms, to infringe intellectual property, or to break the law.
- You are responsible for the security of your device and for safeguarding access to the App.
4. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for breach of these Terms or to protect the service, users, or third parties.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms in the App and update the “Last updated” date.
